Named in honor of Eleanor Clark French, the director of the Service Committee’s post-WWII rest home at Monnetier, France, the library fund assists the Service Committee in preserving the unique history of its efforts to advance justice. The fund was begun through a generous bequest from the estate of Louis Bowen.
