Helping after Hurricane Sandy

In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, thousands of people
have been left without power, without homes, without safety and security. UUSC
extends its deepest condolences to those who have lost loved ones and heartfelt
thoughts to survivors in places throughout the storm's path, from towns in
Haiti all the way up to New England.
There are many options for supporting survivors. If you would like to financially assist relief efforts in the wake of the hurricane, UUSC encourages you to donate to the fund set up by the Central East Regional Group (CERG) of the Unitarian Universalist Association. Parts of New Jersey and New York suffered great devastation as a result of the storm, and the CERG leadership has created the CERG UU Disaster Relief Fund to assist with storm damage, cleanup, immediate needs of survivors, and rebuilding efforts.
