Today is the United Nations' World Poverty Day

Today, October 17, is the United Nations’ official International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. The theme is "Working Together Out of Poverty."

UUSC shares this "working together" approach to ending poverty. We do this by building program partnerships with grassroots groups and allies to strengthen the human right to work in dignity for a living wage.
