Thursday, July 17, 2008UUSC signed on to a follow up letter for the delegation that met with the Department of Justice in June. UUSC Manager for Public Policy Shelley Moskowitz attended this meeting on behalf of UUSC. We raised concerns about the Department of Justice's investigation of the Indian guest-workers who were trafficked into the United States and forced to work in exploitative conditions at Signal International in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
