Equal Representation on UN High Level Advisory Board on Climate Change Financing

UUSC signed on to a letter by the Women's Environment and Development Organization (WEDO) to be presented to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon before the end of Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). The letter is in response to  Ban Ki-Moon's recent appointment of an all-male High Level Advisory Group on Climate Change Financing. It expresses the need for an equitable representation of women and men on the advisory board, along with a list of qualified women who would be excellent choices.
