Support for President Obama's International Aid Budget

UUSC signed a
letter with InterAction groups to be sent to Congress in support of President's
international aid budget request. The purpose is to show of support for international aid, dissuade Congress from cutting
the modest foreign aid budget, and offset public misconception that
foreign aid is some huge percentage of U.S. spending when it accounted for merely 1.4% of total federal spending in FY11.
