Shareholder resolutions filed or cofiled by UUSC

Shareholders have the power to file a resolution that raises an issue with management, encouraging changes in companywide policy or practice. Filing a shareholder resolution also puts an issue before all shareholders, either in writing during a proxy voting process, or presented orally at the corporation's annual meeting attended by many of the largest and most influential shareholders.
