UUSC signed on to a letter to Chairman Waxman (House Energy and Commerce Committee) asking that comprehensive climate change legislation include substantial investments to support adaptation to climate change impacts and encourage the reduction of global greenhouse gas emissions in developing countries. The letter was sponsored by InterAction.
