Friday, December 5, 2008UUSC signed on to a letter to President Elect Obama to repeal the Cuban Assets Control Regulations (CACR), in particular, the amendments published in the Federal Register on March 24, 2003 (FR Doc. 03-6808), and June 16, 2004 (FR Doc. 04-13630) concerning academic and family travel, and on remittances, to Cuba.
