UUSC Helps Bring Haitian Voices to Capitol Hill

In collaboration with other faith groups, UUSC hosted leaders of Haitian partner organizations who travelled to Washington, D.C., to testify about earthquake recovery before the Congressional Black Caucus. The event and the testimony serves the purpose of lifting up Haitian voices on Capitol Hill and in the faith-based media and helping build relationships between policy groups and Haitian grassroots organizations and its leaders.
