Guest at Your Table 2011-2012

Thank you for supporting UUSC's mission by leading the Guest at Your Table program in your congregation. Each year, a significant portion of the funds which make UUSC's work possible are raised through families' and friends' Guest at Your Table generosity.

Here are some key steps to take when closing your Guest at Your Table program:

Complete your Tally Sheet

Complete your Tally Sheet carefully and accurately. Doing so ensures that each donor is acknowledged by UUSC and credited with membership (when appropriate).

You can choose one of three options to record gift and donor information:

• Record the information using the printable Tally Sheet included in your Planning Booklet
• Record the information into this preformatted Excel spreadsheet Excel spreadsheet [Note: Some users may be asked for a password. If that occurs, please click “read only” without entering a password. Click “enable macros” then select “save as” to rename the file and save it to your computer. You will then be able to enter your information.]
• Record the information online in our Tally Sheet webform, which you can access from your dashboard after you log into your account. If you do not know whether you have an account, or if you cannot remember your username or password, please refrain from creating a new account! Instead, contact us at volunteerservices@uusc.org or 617-301-4397. Your account will enable you to save your work at any time and continue later.

Whichever option you choose, it is important that you include a printed copy of the completed tally sheet when sending in your donations. Also be sure to save a copy for your own records.
