Electronic Tally Sheet

To make completing your Guest at Your Table program even easier this year, we are offering an electronic Tally Sheet in Excel.

Just like the hard copy Tally Sheet, you must print and mail this Tally Sheet along with all of your collected Guest at Your Table donations.

You are welcome to also email the file to memberservices@uusc.org as long as you mail a hard copy along with the collected donations.

You do not have to have Microsoft Office software to use this file. It opens nicely in Open Office Calc To download the free Open Office software, visit www.openoffice.org.
