ABC News/Washington Post Poll: Iraq and Politics finds that 67% of Americans think Congress should "reduce" funding for the war, 67% of Americans want war funding to be decreased and 43% want that funding to be reduced "sharply."

Admiral Mullen, highest ranking military officer was assailed during his bases "listening tour" by captain about the lack of dwell time. The Webb Amendment, which sought to increase dwell time for US soldiers, failed because of GOP lawmakers.
