Conrad Pinnock

Conrad Pinnock is the director of human resources at the Harlem Children’s Zone (HCZ). An accomplished human-resources professional with more than 10 years’ experience, he provides strategic human-resources leadership to not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining HCZ, Pinnock served as director of human resources for Millennium Promise Alliance, an international nonprofit working to end extreme poverty in sub-Saharan Africa. Before that, he was director of human resources at Amnesty International USA. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from King’s College and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University.
