Quang Nguyen

Quang Nguyen currently serves as the director of UUSC's Human Resources Department. He is responsible for personnel issues, compensation, and benefits management as well as professional development and training for UUSC staff in partnership with other department directors.

Nguyen has more than 20 years of experience in workforce development and refugee resettlement. Prior to joining the UUSC team, he served as the director of employment and training at the International Institute of Boston. With many years of experience learning and working in various countries, he actively participates in several religious and community groups to promote human rights, fair labor, and social justice. Nguyen completed his undergraduate education in chemical engineering and graduate studies in social work and business administration.
