FACIL Multi-Language Center

FACIL was established immediately after the 1995 earthquake in Kobe to provide information to non-Japanese-speaking people living in Japan. They are expanding their activities to support non-Japanese people affected by the disaster of March 11, 2011, by providing them with information, counseling, access to services, and support in self-organizing.
