Habitat International Coalition (HIC-AL)

The Habitat International Coalition supports legal research and capacity building of coalitions of Mexican environmental, social justice, and human rights NGOs to identify key cases in violation of Mexico City's constitutional provision on the right to water, and Mexico's human rights obligations, particularly when tied to the over-exploitation of water resources and its various impacts.
