Inés Llorente manages the day-to-day administrative needs of the department while also providing research, programmatic and partner support. As associate of administration, programs, and research, she has numerous duties, including compiling, editing, and translating both internal and external documents, doing research, tracking budget expenditures, and assisting with the budget development process, providing programmatic and grants management support, and assisting with advocacy campaigns.
Before joining UUSC, Llorente interned at the Consortium on Gender, Security and Human Rights in Boston and volunteered for Amnesty International in Spain. She has worked as a cultural diversity game developer and translator, and she also has extensive experience working in multinational corporations, such as EDF Energy, American Express, and Repsol. Llorente holds a degree in political science from the Complutense University of Madrid with a specialization in international relations from Sciences Po Paris. She is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
