UUSC’s Human Rights Leadership Celebration

In recognition of the 73rd anniversary of the adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, UUSC hosted our annual Human Rights Leadership Celebration on Thursday, December 9, 2021. The evening featured a keynote presentation with Isabel Wilkerson, winner of the Pulitzer Prize and the National Humanities Medal, and author of the critically acclaimed, New York Times bestsellers The Warmth of Other Suns and Caste: The Origins of Our Discontents. During the program we also highlighted the social justice work of UU congregations and enjoyed two special musical performances.
