Lydia Lopez is currently a research assistant under Professor Mara Cecilia Ostfeld at the Center for Political Studies at the Institute for Social Research. This summer she will be assisting in a field research project primarily focused on prioritizing responses from communities of color. Previously, Lopez has worked at a legal immigration non-profit local to the Greater Boston area. Having volunteered at immigrant serving non-profits from an early age, Lydia has been serving and supporting Spanish-speaking immigrant communities.
