The Karenni Human Rights Group (KnHRG) is a Karenni-led grassroots human rights organization that was founded in 2016. It operates in all seven townships in and portions of neighboring states in Burma. KnHRG was created by a multitude of communities including natives, youth, women activists, land issue activists, and community development specialists.
