Many employers recognize their employees’ charitable giving by financially matching the contributions or volunteer hours committed by their staff.

If your company is eligible, request a matching gift form from your human resources department, complete and sign it, and send it to the following address:

If you do not find your employer on the list, check with your human resources department to see if your gift is eligible.
