Elizabeth Auwood

Development Department and Events Coordinator

Elizabeth is UUSC’s Development Department and Events Coordinator. She assists and plans various UUSC events while keeping up with the administrative tasks for the department.

Before joining UUSC’s Development team, Elizabeth was working as a travel counselor for Odyssey’s Unlimited. Previous to that, she was a high school history teacher in both Boston and Connecticut. In following her passion for teaching and travel, she has taught English in both Thailand and Spain, where she was able to immerse herself both in traveling and the communities in which she lived. She is very excited to be a part of UUSC’s Development team helping to intertwine her love for human rights and supporting the department in key events to help present our message to others.

Elizabeth obtained both her Master of Education and undergraduate degrees in Education and History from the University of Connecticut.
