Mayuri Anupindi
Global Advocacy Strategist
Mayuri is an international human rights and criminal lawyer from Australia. She has investigated and prosecuted atrocity crimes in South-East Asia on behalf of the United Nations, advised the Australian government on international human rights law and international crime cooperation, and worked with human rights defenders around the world. Prior to joining UUSC, she co-taught the international human rights clinic at Stanford Law School. Mayuri also served as UUSC’s Senior Partnership Officer for Migrant Justice and Crisis Response in 2018 and 2019.
Mayuri holds a Master of Laws from New York University, and a joint Bachelor of Arts and Law with Honors from the University of Technology, Sydney. She was a Fellow at the Carr Center for Human Rights at the Harvard Kennedy School from 2018 to 2019.
