Burma Rohingya Organisation UK

Supporting the Rohingya and addressing genocide in Burma through funding research and resourcing academic careers.
Burma Rohingya Organisation UK

LOCATION: London, England

The Burma Rohingya Organisation UK (BROUK) works to promote solidarity with Rohingya democratic movements. To accomplish this, BROUK supports vital human rights research. They do this by providing students with stipends, learning materials, and other assistance as students navigate higher education.

With a grant from UUSC, BROUK is working to strengthen its organizational capacity. An enhanced organizing structure will allow them to further support key campaigns, such as Rohingya citizenship support and genocide accountability through international justice mechanisms.

Everyone deserves the right to live free from the threat of genocide. UUSC is glad to support BROUK’s efforts in making this a reality in Burma.
