Tuvalu Climate Action Network

The Tuvalu Climate Action Network (TuCAN) works to address climate change impacts so that we all may pass down a healthy world to future generations.
Tuvalu Climate Action Network

LOCATION: Funafuti, Tuvalu

Based in the small island nation of Tuvalu in the Pacific, the Tuvalu Climate Action Network (TuCAN) quickly and efficiently responds to needs for a global commitment to reduce warming, adapt to climate change, and implement clean energy. TuCAN’s highest priority is to build and maintain a healthy and sustainable environment for future generations.

Through its partnership with UUSC, TuCAN engages communities, partners, stakeholders, and government officials to understand and address the impacts of climate-forced displacement. Their goal is to identify practical policy recommendations to support Tuvaluan communities, particularly those most at risk of being displaced because of the climate crisis.
