UUSC Announces Search for Next Lead Executive Officer
After eight strong years of faithful leadership by Rev. Mary Katherine Morn and following the announcement of her retirement, the UUSC Board of Trustees has begun its search for the organization’s next President and Lead Executive Officer.
It has retained the services of DSG | Koya, an executive search firm who works exclusively with mission-driven clients, to identify exceptional candidates and facilitate transition planning.
A full Position Profile is available now to download, and the Board’s Search Team is receiving nominations through September 23, 2026. To express interest or to suggest leaders as potential candidates for the position, contact UUSC@dsgco.com.
This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a historic organization that is deeply trusted by its grassroots partners and highly respected across the global human rights community.
At a moment when democracy, human rights, and the climate are under unprecedented pressure, UUSC offers something rare: a values-driven institution able to meet the moment and provide a vision of a world rooted in self-determination, dignity, and collective liberation.
