Advisory opinion would do a lot for nations struggling with the climate crisis.
UUSC, its allies, and partners are mobilizing to encourage the United States government to support the International Court of Justice in making an advisory opinion on climate change. If the ICJ does this, it will have wide-ranging repercussions for nations who are experiencing the negative impacts of the climate crisis.
